Full concentration on a specific topic in order to develop your skills in a targeted and effective way.
We love to be outside, on our local rocks, and at the same time it’s very different from climbing indoors. We give you the skills you need to have fun on the rock safely. We are teaching the basics, climbing technique, in the mental area or to increase your onsight and red point level.
In our women only workshops, we specifically address the needs of female climbers. Women and men climb differently, often have different strategies, and unfortunately some women still find it difficult to be themselves and to express themselves in a mixed group setting. That’s why we’re opening a space here especially for women to stay with themselves and experience themselves.
In the sheltered and easily accessible area of the climbing gym, you can train intensively and try out new things. We work specifically on your technique, your mental strength, your strength and health. From time to time we also have special workshops in the program. Mostly what one of us is currently working on ourselves. 🙂
Holiday with a difference. It doesn’t matter whether you want to make your first attempts at lead climbing, want specific input on your climbing skills or if you are looking for rest and relaxation alongside climbing… everything is possible and there is something for everyone!
