It doesn´t matter if you want to gain your first leading experience, just want to climb as much as possible or if you are searching for time to rest and relax… everything is possible and there is something for everyone!
We offer one week climbing course in a wonderful atmosphere, guided by our experienced trainers. Within our course we pay attention to up-to-date safety standards and respond to you individually.

Our climbing trips address both, climbers with more or less rock experience. Nevertheless, also if you are a climber with ambitions to improve your lead- or onsight level you will get yours money´s worth. We support you when projecting your dream route and together we will somewhat increase your grade – promise!

We are responsive to your wishes, teach the basics that are necessary to climb independently, show you the best climbing spots and will have loads of fun!

The design of the climbing trips depend individually on you. You have the possibility to go for a second coffee or breakfast and mentally prepare the climbing day or to go for a swim before starting the climbing day (depending on the destination setup). Otherwise we can also start early and climb all day long, to finish the day at the beach or in a nice bar.

We are happy to be able to scoop from our experience with over 300 satisfied customers but still are always anxious to professionalize our trips even more, so that you can enjoy a perfectly felicitous holiday!

A lot of the destinations are perfect to bring along your non-climbing better half. We happily organize the accommodation or help you  with the choice of the right accommodation. Please contact us in advance.

If you are a group of friends and are planning a climbing trip, but you need a coach that´s familiar with the area and want support to improve your climbing technique, we can organize a climbing trip just for you! Just contact us a by mail!

And in detail?

Arrival:

Arrangements for flights and local transport is to be organized by everyone themselves. You will get a contact list of the participants in advance, so that you can arrange carpools if you want.

Important:

We are no travel agency and therefore kindly ask you to get a travel insurance, as well as an insurance to cover potential seminar costs (i.e. Hanse Merkur). We refund our seminar costs according to our AGB’s.

Our week:

On the first day we start with a welcoming round and general information, whereupon we head out to the crag as fast as possible. We will climb for three days in different sectors, within which there will also be enough time for beach activities, recuperation and relaxation. We start our days around 9am and climb until around 4pm, depending on heat and orientation of the crag.

After three days of climbing we will have a restday, so that muscles, skin and finder can recover. You can design this day completely at your will and unwind, so that we can climb for anther two days afterwards.

Although we want to enable you to as much climbing and input as possible and as you like and plan our days accordingly, it´s still up to you in what way you participate in climbing and other activities (beach, ice coffee etc.). Who wants to design his day a bit different (sleep in, leave earlier for the beach…) can do this anytime! After all this is your holiday! 🙂

At the crag:

Certainly we will cover safety topics initially, so that there is a secure feeling within the group.

During the week you get individual input about your climbing style and technique. We will shape the input during the day completely according to your wishes. Like that we will individually focus more on security, mental aspects, strength or technique and together build up the content over the week.

All of our coaches have year long climbing experience and have additional areas of expertise. Due to that there will be different small Workshops during the week and/or individual input about a variety of topics (foot technique workshop, mental aspects of climbing, rope handling and belay techniques are at a premium here 😉 ) depending on the special area of expertise of the trainers, whereas the corporate climbing is in focus.

It is important for us, that you don´t have to worry about anything during the week and can find complete recuperation. We take care of the creation of the climbing days, search for suitable sectors, make restaurant reservations and have plenty of ideas on how to spend your rest day. Be it actively or spending it at one of the beautiful bays. You decide ow intense your day may be and what is right for you.

Equipment:

We organise the equipment for you in advance, so that not everyone has to bring rope and quickdraws. To do this this we ask who can contribute which material beforehand to get an overview and then we let you know if rope or draws jump into the suitcase.

Moped (and rental car):

On the island we need wheels to reach some of the crags. The most common, funniest and therefore our choice to get around are mopeds. On our first day we go to our trusted moped rental together to get the mopeds.You will share a moped within two people, ride sharing usually fall into place within the first day. For those who feel a bit uncomfortable with this arrangement there is the opportunity to hare a rental car as well. Please let us also know in advance if you would like a moped for yourself, without co-driver. We will try to make this possible.

Accomodation:

We take care of the reservation and payment of the accomodation in your name. Payment will take place in cash, on-site. Our apartments on kalymnos are equipped with 2 or 3 beds and a kitchenette. We gladly also reserve a single apartment for you, considering an additional charge.

Food:

You can buy breakfast supplies and groceries for lunch in one of the numerous shops in Massouri. The supermarkets are open until 11pm and are situated directly next to our apartments. The group then usually goes to have dinner together. We make reservations for you for every night in one of our favourite restaurants, where you can enjoy best greek wine, salads and seafood. Gladly you can let us know of any restaurant preferences during the day. Of course it´s again left to your own choice if you would like to join the dinner at the restaurant.
